Learn practical ways to respond to Your Childs anxiety/OCD that support growth, resilience, and independence

The SPACE program is tailored to each family’s needs.

Most families take part in 6–8 weekly sessions, with each session lasting 45 minutes.

We work together to design a plan that fits your family, your child, and your specific goals.

Optional follow-up sessions can be scheduled at any time, and brief free check-in support by text, call, email is available between sessions to help you stay on track.

  • Session fee: €70 per 45-minute session

  • Delivery: Online (with limited in-person sessions available by arrangement in the Clare region)

  • Accessibility: A small number of reduced-fee or no-cost sessions are available for families experiencing financial hardship, please feel free to enquire.

    • Referrals are welcome from schools, gp, other allied health.

Bookings can be made by clicking here or at the top of this page.

Parents/caregivers will learn practical, compassionate ways to respond to anxiety and/or OCD, including how to:

  • Communicate calm confidence

  • Reduce unhelpful accommodations (supportive habits)

  • Support their child through anxious moments without reinforcing fear

We will do this together, through clear, step-by-step guidance.

Parents/caregivers will build the skills to change everyday patterns at home so that your child’s anxiety and/or OCD no longer runs family life.

Over time, children experience themselves as more capable, resilient, and able to face challenges with support rather than avoidance.
